10. Messenger services

With your consent (in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) Stefan Zsaitsits uses WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger for the purpose of informing about current actions and answering your inquiries and inviting you to group chats. In the course of the communication the following information is collected: date and time of a communication, name, user name, telephone number and content of the communication as well as any information that you transmit. There is no obligation to use Messanger Services or provide us with information about them. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons. Your data will be stored for the duration of your consent. You expressly consent to us transferring your personal information mentioned above to third parties.
